Instructions for Zoom Sessions

Doctoral Forum :

   ● We expect 20 min is assigned for each presentation.

   ● Please complete your presentation within 17 min to keep question & answer time.

Research Track :

   ● For the main track sessions, in which your paper presentations will take place, the session chair will first       briefly introduce the paper title and authors, then the IT support staff will play the 8-min pre-recorded video.       This will be immediately followed for each paper by a 3 minute Q&A session moderated by the session chair.

   ● For each accepted paper, an author is asked to attend the session to answer questions during the live Q&A.       Please inform your session chair in advance of the session who will be attending to answer the Q&A for your       paper. Session chair names are available in the conference schedule.

   ● For the poster session, each poster presenter would do a live 2-3 minute pitch of their poster. We would do all       the poster presentations within the first 30 minutes of the session followed by a 15 minute open Q&A session       where any of the participants are allowed to ask questions on any poster. The poster session would also be       moderated by one of the Industry Track co-chairs.

Industrial Track :

   ● For the 3 sessions in which paper presentations will be made, each paper presentation will have a 15 minute       slot. For each paper, the IT support staff would play the pre-recorded video followed by a 3-4 minute Q&A       session moderated by the session chair.

   ● For the invited talk also, the IT support staff would play the pre-recorded video from the keynote speaker       followed by 10-15 minute Q&A session moderated by one of the Industry Track co-chairs.

   ● For the poster session, each poster presenter would do a live 2-3 minute pitch of their poster. We would do all       the poster presentations within the first 30 minutes of the session followed by a 15 minute open Q&A session       where any of the participants are allowed to ask questions on any poster. The poster session would also be       moderated by one of the Industry Track co-chairs.
